Our three-year undergraduate program aims to train graduates to develop a strong proficiency in two foreign languages and professional skills for dynamic careers. The curriculum is designed to be both multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary, providing a solid foundation in legal, economic, historical, sociological, and political studies, with a focus on international and European perspectives. This approach prepares students to effectively manage various international and European aspects of today’s legal, economic, and social environments.
Professional Profile
Graduates will be well-prepared as experts in International Relations, with a strong command of two foreign languages and a broad set of interdisciplinary skills. They will be capable of devising and managing strategies for national and international organizations or businesses, with a particular focus on project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Career Opportunities
Graduates can pursue a range of career options, including roles in state administrations, public entities, and local government offices. Potential careers include positions in research and study departments of public organizations, diplomatic roles, and positions as assistants or collaborators in Italian or European parliamentary offices. Opportunities also exist in the private sector (for-profit companies and non-profit organizations), as well as in public affairs, public relations, media relations, and general administration.
Further Studies Opportunities
With a degree in “Languages for International Relations,” graduates are eligible to pursue Master’s programs in Modern Languages for Communication and Cooperation (LM-38) and International Relations (LM-52), depending on the specific requirements of each university. Additionally, this degree qualifies graduates for University Master’s programs that require a background in the L-12 class.
