Erasmus+ Program

The Erasmus+ program, established by the European Union, offers students, faculties, and educational staff the opportunity to study and engage in mobility exchanges. This project fosters international cooperation, cultural exchange, and skill development, contributing to the formation of active and informed European citizens.

The SSML Gonzaga actively participates in this program, facilitating the exchange of students and faculty with universities across European Union member states and non-EU countries that have reciprocal agreements. Through the Erasmus study mobility program, SSML Gonzaga students can spend a study period at a partner institution with which our university has signed a bilateral agreement.

Each year, a contract is signed between UniverMantova and the European Commission outlining the activities to be carried out under the program.

The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) is a document required to participate in all Erasmus+ programme initiatives.

The Erasmus+ programme aims to support the educational, professional and personal development of students and graduates and intends to promote equal opportunities and equal access, inclusion, diversity and equity in all its actions.
