- Developing a robust university system in Mantua: This involves organizing and managing university-level courses, fostering the growth of a comprehensive university center within the region.
- Building strategic partnerships: Collaborating with Italian and international universities and other relevant entities (public and private) to establish a connected or autonomous university system in Mantua.
- Fostering a vibrant academic environment: Promoting a wide range of cultural, promotional, and consulting activities related to teaching and research. This includes:
- Securing funding and support for teaching, training, and research.
- Developing supplementary programs and services to enhance the educational experience.
- Improving student support services.
- Facilitating scientific and cultural collaborations nationally and internationally.
